- You refuse to comply with the due diligence intake documents required by the Firm;
- You are a real estate developer who asserts that he builds without bank financing but cannot establish the source of those funds.
- Our retainer shall involve holding funds unrelated to any transaction the Firm is handling for you:
- Your transaction exposes counsel as an unwitting accomplice in what appears to be money laundering activities.
- Counsel is involved in the transaction for no apparent good reason except for funds to be passed through the Firm’s bank account.
